RIP. He was an outstanding pitcher for the Marlins. This truly is a sad story for Florida and the Cuban community.
He seemed like a very nice young man.

I started watching the Marlin games on TV around the beginning of this season.I was totally hooked on the team.The TV announcer is a great guy with loads of insight and the entire team is a group to be proud of if you are a citizen of South Florida.
Without a doubt the team leader was Jose Fernandez.The entire team revolved around him and the coach. His loss is incalculable.
