That’s an RFID anti-theft thingy.
I think it is the security thing that cashiers take off using a special tool after they ring up your purchase. If it is not removed, the beeper at the door goes off when you walk out.
It’s a security dye tag, that, if removed, will spray permanent ink on the person and clothing.
