The moderator won’t help Clinton, as he’ll appear to be coming to feeble Clinton’s rescue. Even if they did allow the moderator to be Clinton’s co-candidate, it won’t help her.

From what I've learned Trump is a planner. He has backup plans and backup plans for his backup plans. I'm certain that he's prepared for when Lester Dolt injects himself into the debate.
