They are all afraid that someone will see them not clapping loud enough, or not cheering angrily enough for THE EMPRESS, and that will be the end of that cushy, high-paid media career.
The message has been sent loudly and clearly. (Remember the Ramos screed a few months ago?) If they don't throw away ethics and attack Trump loudly, there WILL be career repercussions.
It's VERY much like the Soviet Union in America now, except the people who destroy your life and threaten you with violence are Democrat Party members, not the KGB. At least for now, until they get total control of the government.
