If Trump had driven a stake in her heart last night, the screams and moans & whining about how mean he is, how nasty, how scary, would have been ear piercing. Trump wore velvet gloves over his iron fists last night & generally tried the “Mr. Nice Guy” approach and the entire country was witness to what that got him. The next debate, when he pulls off the velvet gloves and cold cocks the witch with a bare iron fist, Mr. & Mrs. Everyday American will be thinking it’s “justified” rather than mean/nasty.
