China is raiding the world’s tech-talent. Canada complained that we raided their talent. They call it ‘the Brain Drain’.

Ever since Einstein fled from the Nazis, the world’s top tech talent has drained from the world into the USA. Now China is in position to change that, and ICANN intends to help:
