Funny how the USA should pay but not anybody else. Not the slavers today in the middle east. Not the Germans after WWII. Not the Russians after Stalin. Not these people or those people, just some people. And only some people. Only some people should pay other people for something that happened 150 years ago to make up for something that is happening today that nobody will talk about, because that would be racist. WTF?!?
