I think his attitude and contempt for the rigged debate was abundantly clear but I think most people outside DC could relate to his attitude. I think you’ve got it. Trump’s one task at the first debate was to show the world that he’s not a dangerous loon.
He had to let Hillary and Holt needle him to do it. Mission accomplished.
