Why did obama need to fix it?

There is no "up-side" for the U.S. in this deal. And, that is why BO wanted this. It is just his way of kicking us in the teeth one more time.

IMHO --- BO hates us. He hates the country and he doesn't much like the people who inhabit it.

If someone wanted to destroy the U.S. from within; exactly what would they have done differently from BO? He is the enemy. And, he is the POTUS. This gives him a lot of power to make the "fundamental" changes that he wanted to make. Apparently, those changes are to bankrupt us and to make us less powerful in the world.

True. But what's even more alarming is the concession from Congress to allow him to totally destroy us as a matter of unfettered carte blanche privilege. That makes THEM accessories to the crime of Treason.
