Was the Fix in on FBI Investigation of Hillary Clinton’s Emails?

The more that details about the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s email practices come to light, the more their efforts appear to have been a sham designed to exonerate her of wrongdoing from the very beginning. As we wrote, the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) failure to indict Hillary, based on the recommendation of FBI Director James Comey, has moved the United States closer to banana republic status.

The Clinton family’s ongoing corruption and Hillary Clinton’s pay-to-play as secretary of state have also created a precedent which could encourage other politicians to enrich themselves at the expense of the integrity of their office. The FBI’s light touch also has created a double standard on national security, where high-profile figures such as Mrs. Clinton walk free while others lose their security clearance or are fined or jailed.

Yet some on the left are unhappy with Comey’s investigation because of the comments he made publicly characterizing Mrs. Clinton as “extremely careless” with classified information. “What Comey should have done…was handle the Clinton probe like any other routine inquiry: provide confidential recommendations to prosecutors, release a strictly factual statement noting that the investigation would be closed, and resist external pressures to inappropriately air the FBI’s findings outside a court of law,” argues Riley Roberts, former speechwriter for former Attorney General Eric Holder, in Politico Magazine.

I’m convinced that even if/when a “smoking gun” is produced showing clear criminal activity

That gun is smoking like a chimney. Hillary set up a private server that she intended to use exclusively for all her email traffic as Secretary of State. Any reasonable person would know that it would have to hold very sensitive Top Secret/SCI information, in addition to an enormous amount of less sensitive, but still classified, information. Her underlings copied large numbers of classified (TS/SCI, TS, S, C) cables and snippets of information and sent that data to her on the private server. The private server's contents were and seen by many people who had no clearance to view classified information.

Many people, including (among others) Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, and Cheryl Mills are thus guilty of intentionally mishandling classified information in violation of 18 USC 793(f), in addition to a number of other felonies, even though the legal standard is lower ("gross negligence"). We know all this is true without a doubt from the publicly available information.

It is apparent that the implicit agreement between the government and the people is null and void. The people just haven't realized it yet.

Comey entered into a criminal conspiracy to obstruct an investigation, criminal conspiracy to shield actors committing perjury and perjuring himself before congress (lies of omission), destruction of evidence and conspiracy to pervert the outcome of an American election.

Even Obozo himself lied about his knowledge of the private homebrew “hacked” Clinton server. He communicated with Hillary utilizing a pseudonym to avoid detection. Screams of corruption in of itself. From Obozo down through Lynch/Holder through Clinton, her aides, IT guys to Sidney Blumenthal....there are dozens of criminal violations that took place. All will be overlooked.

But! You! Peon citizen, better tow the line. Break a statute, regulation, law and prepare to get run through the system.

I for one have lost ALL confidence in our gubbamint. All.
