Donald Trump is demanding that President Obama not pardon Hillary Clinton if shes indicted in the e-mail scandal.
[H]ere is the demand I am making today to President Obama, Trump said in front of an energetic crowd at a rally Friday in Michigan.
Will you pledge, here and now, not to issue a pardon to Hillary Clinton and her co-conspirators for their many crimes against our country and society itself?
Trump added, No one is above the law. Not even Hillary Clinton.
Clinton and her cronies will say anything, do anything, lie about anything to keep their grip on power to keep their control over this country, he said....

Can Obama give a Blanket Pardon that would cover Everything Hillary ever did or would he have to list them ?
Lol...perfect, President Trump.
Does he know something about the Wikileaks set to come out?
Richard Nixon.
Blanket!! Lock her UP!!
President Ford gave Nixon some sort of overall pardon. Nixon had not been indicted but Ford’s pardon put an end to any possible legal action.
So yes, Obama can issue a pardon like that.
Brilliant “gotcha”.
Almost certainly.
But he fights...
Yeah, and I demand that water not be wet!
I’d like to see a Trump surrogate start quoting what (s)he says are excerpts from PIAPS’ dissertation on Alynski.
Just make it up but make it believable. When the PIAPS complains they are making things up simply ask her to prove it.The easiest way to prove it is to open her records. If she doesn’t do that then whatever is in the dissertation is worse than the lies
How can someone be pardoned in advance if they haven’t been convicted of anything?
Obama will issue a pardon about 9 am on Jan 20, 2017. Remember he’s president until noon that day. A Trump administration will find its legal hands tied by this pardon. It will happen.
Richard Nixon.
I think her thesis on Alinsky is out on the internet.
Do you still beat your wife?
Yeeeesss!!!! Exactly the right move. Trump!!!!
He could give a blanket pardon. Ford did it for Nixon.
