From some of the comments i’ve read, I wonder why those who don’t want us on here just say “GO AWAY YANKEES”.

So was seeing the destruction two days later when driving a cab
pray tell, how do you prepare a house for 20 foot surges that go into the attic?
oh, and the silly kids that died. They didn’t prepare.

I’ve lost count of the number of rude comments against NY by southerners. I’ve NEVER made a bad comment about the south except how surprised i was they gave up on the monument and flag thing so easily.

Sorry you feel that way. I was a life long New Yorker until 2 months ago. Now in NC. Catholic too! I’ve never felt nothing but love from my fellow FReepers.
