“Federal law does not allow a governor to deport to other states immigrants he deems dangerous,”

The Constitution does not give the federal government the authority to do anything in this area. Oh, but it does say that anything not spelled out in the Constitution is reserved for the States or the people. So, stuff your no “deportation” ruling.
