This 'debate' is a farce......it is outrageous and down right embarrassing! Kaine is rude and Pence is at least trying to stay on topic, at least until he is thrown off....the moderator's (?) questions ask for solutions that are not obtainable in this frame work plus, she is unable to control the table.
