You can’t argue quietly and forcefully to hyperbole/loaded shallow talking points in this type of debate format. Complex issues/hyperbole can’t be adequately debated/refuted in 2 minutes/30 seconds/20 seconds etc... That is why the one who badgers, interrupts and goes on the offensive looks “shinier”.

One thing I have come to appreciate with Trump after the Debate last week, is that he did take a play from the Dem Handbook.

And that is NEVER say you are sorry and NEVER act like you were defeated.

Ever.

Even if it wasn't your best showing.

He tweeted how great he did and that offset any Nervous Nellies who say he less than steller showing.
