CNN (yes, I know, I know) just actually rated Pence’s claim that ISIS has overrun Iraq as “false.” Because they’re in a slow but gradual retreat since 2014 and don’t control Fallujah or something.

ISIS was almost in Baghdad a short time ago. The Clinton News Network doesn't understand what the two words “has” and “overrun” together mean. Has does not imply a permanent, or even current reality. What he said was factually correct. No spin can obscure what everyone can see on a map. But nice try CNN.
