'WE WILL DESTROY YOU' US Army chief Mark Milley fires terrifying threat to Russia over Syria and warns: ‘We’ll beat you anywhere, anytime’

The firebrand speech is likely to ratchet up tensions between the two superpowers as war of words reaches boiling point.

THE US Army’s chief commander has fired a thinly-veiled threat at Russia and warned: “We will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before.”

Chief of Staff General Mark Milley pulled no punches following a fiery war of words between Moscow and Washington DC over the Syria crisis.

Only yesterday four Nato nations were forced to scramble fighter jets when Russia sent two bombers on a sabre-rattling run around Western Europe.

And yesterday Milley roared: “I want to be clear to those that wish to do us harm.

"I want be clear to those around the world who want to destroy our way of life and those of our friends and allies.

"The US military, despite all our challenges, will stop you, and we will beat you harder than you have ever been beaten before.

This crap keeps coming up. No, Obama is not going to be able to extend his term by martial law.

Amendment 20

Section 1. The terms of the President and Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January, and the terms of Senators and Representatives at noon on the 3d day of January, of the years in which such terms would have ended if this article had not been ratified; and the terms of their successors shall then begin.
Regardless of anything, Obama and Biden cease to be Pres and VP on Jan 20. Period. If a new President has not been decided upon, for whatever reason, the office devolves onto the Speaker of the House, until such point as it's sorted out.

Unless the declaration of martial law annuls the Constitution, which it would. Then you would have what Locke called “a state of nature.”

With our homos and trannys? We going to out decorate them? Anyone remember Army Chiefs of Staff talking this way before?
There was a time when everyone just knew what we could do.
This punk needs to focus on the army he’s helped destroy and quit the childish talk.

Yes indeed. In such a situation, anyone following the orders of such an usurper would be guilty of treason.

Why if it prosper, none dare call it treason.

"‘We’ll beat you anywhere, anytime’"

LOL! Sound's like 5th-grade school yard posturing. When was the last time we had adults in charge?

Sounds to me like a guy who’s blowing off some steam due to the longterm mega-frustration of having a virulently anti-military, anti-American CIC. Our military brass has been so emasculated by this pro-jihadi President that I’m sure they’re itching to demonstrate some spine wherever they can. If Trump’s elected they can finally relax in the knowledge that the CIC has their back.

Don’t know who Martin Armstrong is, but he’s wrong. Period. And presumably he’s knowingly spreading falsehoods.

Extending a president’s term and canceling election would be a coup, and it would have to implemented by force of arms, because there are 50 state elections and a Congress over which a president has no say whatsoever.
