The Obama administration on Friday officially accused Russia of attempting to interfere in the 2016 elections, including by hacking the computers of the Democratic National Committee and other political organizations.
The denunciation, made by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the Department of Homeland Security, came as pressure was growing from within the administration and some lawmakers to hold Moscow accountable for a set of actions apparently aimed at sowing discord around the election.

I agree. Putin loves Democrats. They have a price for everything. It is much easier and cheaper to pay bribes than to deal with countries who have their own interests to look after. (This is why Russia is selling weapons to Islamists. It is crazy to help Iran get a bomb as they will eventually find their way to Russia. But the sales are lubricated with bribes and those who get those bribes have houses in southern countries that will never see the fallout and deaths those bombs cause.)
