I love it....Hillary and Obama both attract flies. The last time I saw a fly was on dog poop.

This is Illary's notepad run through photoshop to take out the perspective. I also sharpened it a bit but couldn't do much more with the focus.

In my 58 years I’ve never seen flies land on politicians except for bozo n hill. Is Someone up there trying to say something...?

In all seriousness, it was undoubtedly a mind map, a technique to connect thoughts. It really works great for public speaking.
Here is a sample:
Tim Kaine certainly used one during his debate with Pence. His style is a bit more... er... stormy. Here it is for a visual comparison:

it was undoubtedly a mind mapNo connections, just two circles? The one on the right looks like the face of a sleeping person.
Maybe the left one says, "Spout memorized statements over and over." The right one says, "Tell Trump he's lying, no matter what he says."

Her “handlers” probably told her to appear “involved and studious” by taking notes, but this is all she could come up with.

I tried and couldn’t manage the claw grip. Appears to be she’s having problems holding onto the pen. Perhaps it’s a result of her medical problems.
