I am at about the same point. It gets easier all the time. And when you look back at them now, you can see their warts even more clearly. They have moved more and more towards alignment with the other “alphabets” and are engaged in the Ministry of Propaganda mission.
The good (better) news is that after a year or so you realize that you had just been wasting your time listening to their drivel. And you will find positive, useful things to do in the time you have re-claimed.
