...I'm wondering if Putin somehow saw my little captioned joke graphic below. Because he just very recently used the words "what difference does it make", in regards to the details involving the leaks, as Hillary did regarding the details of what happened in Benghazi.

That's precisely what I had in mind what I came up with the caption. Seems a bit much to think it coincidence. Not that I would ever want to team up with KGB Putin on anything. Indeed, it was the Obama admin who helped Putin on such critical things to their Soviet Union comeback as missile defense and nukes, including the Iran nuke deal, which Putin is ecstatic over, and claims to have had a serious role in.
