I know many people have accepted the fact that the press is totally dishonest, and exerts propaganda control over the populace, and it is probably true that some people, such as yourself, are nonplussed about hat fact, and prefer to let it go. But he wants to get this off his chest. After all, he was accused, again, and the accusation affects his standing to some voters. The denial, and a forceful one, has some merit.
