We will see... Hillary clearly is unpopular and has no innate support or enthusiasm.... DC are is probably one of the few areas though, where turnout should be good for her simply because folks will be motivated to show up just to vote for their pocket book.
If her turnout around DC (VA being the most likely state that she would lose from low turn out around DC) is so weak that she loses VA.... she’s going to lose a LOT of other places no one is even thinking about.

Rust Belt in general has a far bigger story going on than anyone is willing to admit to... the Trumpocrats are real, they are large in number and they aren’t just going to Trump because its Trump....
The rustbelt is seeing the effects of democratic policies as their towns are being decimated and that the party doesn’t represent them... blue collar whites are starting a well overdue realignment this cycle... Trump finally dumped the “free” trade dogma crap that has helped keep the rust belt mostly D.... IF republicans are not stupid, the entire rust belt could realign as working class whites there abandon the Dems... just like they did in the south in the 60s and 70s, and the result could literally be the rust belt being as reliably republican as the south within a few cycles...
But, this will only happen if Republicans aren’t stupid.... and that’s a big big if.

Well, it’s getting to be that time.
We are all posting tons of statistical data, and at this point you need to inform yourself of what the numbers mean. It’s usually posted on the thread.
We’re dealing with absentees, returns, early votes, voter registration numbers in about 6 states not to mention national polls. So none of us can, with every new post, go back through the election history of what a number “means.”
If you hear Trump is “pulling out” of FL anytime soon, it means they think the state is won.
I'm at the southern end of the DC commuter colony in Fredericksburg/Spotsylvania, where Obama and Bernie stickers were plentiful. Haven't seen a single Hillary yard sign. Only 1 Hillary bumper sticker.
It is my belief that in today’s world, all these polls are rigged to favor H! by a huge margin.

CIA was my neighbor when I lived in McLean. That was back in the days when there were still Republicans. Mostly David Gergen types though that sold out.
Down here on the southern end of the I-95 govt commuter corridor, we have Quantico/FBI, and a lot Homeland, Pentagon, and general govt employees and contractors. The county natives resent the northern invasion.
I find this suspect. Trump was running pretty well there.
