I suspect drugs. Could be. But the definite is the extremely high stress job, and that could lead to drug abuse to cope with the stress. Which, of course, could lead to psychological collapse from doing too much of the wrong drugs under high stress.
No one hangs up on cops in the middle of calls. That's unheard of, even for BLM supporters. You do that you KNOW you're going down hard.
