This email makes it clear that Obama communicated to/from Crooked Hillary on her private non-secure home server.
All POTUS communications are automatically “Classified” and must remain in the possession of the national archivist. By law.
You would have already known that, if you read the transcript of Huma's FBI interview.

I’m not sure what emails State held, but this is Podesta and Mills discussing Obama emails on Crooked Hillary’s server - and coordinating with the White Hut about what to do with them.
This could be a smoking gun that Obama de facto authorized her private server.
I knew about Huma’s FBI testimony. What I didn’t know is that Crooked Hillary’s staff knew it was a problem and planned to discuss with the WH on the same day Gowdy issued a subpoena for the server.

Well, it did destroy Obama's claim that he didn't know about it until he "heard it on the news". But, that didn't get much airtime.
Based on case law, they have a strong case for executive privilege, unless they can establish it was evidence of illegal activity (as Nixon learned, the hard way).
