But that really is against Twitter rules! LOL Whatever I did to get locked out was unknowingly. I can only guess too many tweets in a short time (aka spam)?

I went ahead and used my TracFone number, and sure enough, it was put into my Twitter account info. I promptly removed it, but I guess Twitter still has it in their files. Oh, well. But I did get my account unlocked.
