I watched last night and was surprised to see this guy there. Even Jeanine alluded to what is being said about him, but the man was unfazed. And she also had the cousin of the woman Gloria Allred is representing and he said she is always suing someone and was miffed that Trump didn’t accept the invite to her restaurant. Trump probably already knew she was trouble.

The Judge really grilled him, and he didn’t say “I don’t recall” even once!

You can really tell that Judge Jeanine does not believe the witness at all. She comes across as another slimy liberal in that clip.

My dad could remember names and conversations word for word from years ago. Before he passed (age 94) he looked through some of his military pictures and named others in picture and told me where they were from and things about their lives.

Doesn’t matter to most. Dan Rather ushered in a new era of news where “Fake but accurate” is valid journalism. According to the media, the accusers are “accurate” so it doesn’t matter if they are fake. Any contradiction of their stories is by definition “inaccurate”.
Having an eye witness makes her vulnerable to a damaging lawsuit.

If you google his name you will see he has been involved in a pedophile case - as witness and accuser. I do not think the US lawyers and media have anything on the British gutter press. As I wrote this man has been through it all.
