WikiLeaks said Monday that founder Julian Assange had to put into play “appropriate contingency plans” after a “state party” severed his internet link.
The night before, WikiLeaks published three cryptic tweets that left followers alarmed and confused.

The three tweets sent out the night before referenced (Secretary of State) John Kerry, Ecuador and UK FCO (the United Kingdom’s Foreign Commonwealth Office). Each was preceded by the word “pre-commitment” 1, 2 or 3, and followed by a 64-digit number.

I saw a post on Reddit saying this isn’t a cryptographic key, rather it’s a hash verification code, specifically something called SHA-256.
What it does is provide authenticity of the contents of future files that are planned to be released. They can’t be edited without generating a different hash code.
Perhaps this is in response to accusations that some of the WikiLeaks reviews contain altered, fictional content. The prerelease of the hashcode would guarantee that the entire dump is as Assange released it.
The left used to love the guy; but, the honeymoon was over the instant he started telling the truth about them.
I almost hope this is true, perhaps this (how many times have we thought this?) will demonstrate what a total despot Hillary is and what a danger her power mongering means to the average American.

These emails are devastating — They are not covered. I recorded Morning Joe. I whiz threw looking for their slant on these devastating emails — Not a whisper. They were still plowing the now exposed total concocted lies about Donald and women as if it was actually substance! You can’t make that up. This is nothing but a media/campaign cabal of liars .
They keep referring to a “state party”. I must have missed exactly what they are referring to. What IS this “state party”?
Lefties can’t tolerate any truth that puts them in a bad light.
On the right, we are open minded enough to accept the truth, even if it is ugly and makes our side look bad.

“state” means a “State actor” as opposed to a private actor, e.g. U.K. government, US government.
Assange claimed to have all 33,000 of Hillary’s deleted e-mails. The guy who sent them to Wikileaks claimed to be one of Hillary’s tech guys, and he also claimed he obtained the e-mails before her highness bleached them out of existence (or so she thought).
Assange was supposed to release these 33,000 e-mails in 4 - 5 batches before November 1st. I hope one of his people have set the wheels in motion to do just that, NOW.
