My guess is no.
The people I know who are planning to vote for Clinton are all of the ends-justify-the-means variety. But that’s anecdotal.
When you’re dealing with large numbers of voters, it’s not an either/or situation. The overall voting population is not simply two categories of people, it’s a large number of categories.
This sort of news story makes a huge difference because it is guaranteed to affect a certain percentage of voters.
