So, if one is called for Federal jury duty in one of the naughty states (I know MO is one), does that mean one can’t serve?

or what if you get a subpoena to go to federal court in one of those states???

And does all of this bureaucratic running around trying to comply with this, really enhance any of our security????

I really believe that they’ll decide it’s on you. You weren’t in the courthouse when you were supposed to be, so the judge will bang his gavel and issue an arrest warrant. “You knew you needed an ID. You had plenty of time to get a passport.”

Of course the cops will not require anything RealID-compliant to haul you away.
