I am going to file a complaint with the NY Bar against him. He is clearly committing a conspiracy related charge.
He should be disbarred.
PS, as an attorney, I have know people that have been refused a license to practice law because they have a $300 cell phone bill from five years ago that was never paid. This guy is an illegal immigrant and he has the keys to the courthouse. What a sick nation.

The fact that not only is he known and allowed to be here illegally, besides having been granted a license to practice law, should tell you straight off that he has a powerful protector somewhere in the government that is intent upon such lawbreaking not only be allowed but enforced proactively.
Good luck with any such complaints going anywhere, and be prepared for the instant label of “RACIST” being applied to your name thenceforth.
