That is correct. This was all timed for the debate to help Hillary. Her lines for this have already been written and rehearsed.
Trump’s reply should be: “Yeah, does anyone believe the timing of this was coincidental? Hillary needed a talking point so the administration conveniently arranged this one for her.”
If she bring this up, Trump should just say, “Do any of you still trust what the government and media tell you?”
