sorta a white radish, but without the kick. kinda crisp when you bite into em and a little softer then a radish, but crispier than a potato/yam after cooking. Typically find them with greens and such sliced thin in Asian dishes.

Doesn’t sound bad at all. I like radishes. Maybe I’ll keep them then, with the bacon, of course!
