Looks like it. Six foot two, eyes of blue.
Check the scale behind her. If the top of her head is aligned with where 188 cm is, the bottom of her head is aligned with where something like 120 cm (about 4') would be. Her entire head would appear to be around 70 centimeters tall, or over two feet; the rest of her body, especially the part not shown in this picture, would have remarkably odd proportions. She would be noteworthy for these reasons alone.
