Certainly it’s necessary for the continuation of the species but to put it on the level of need like food water or air is to reduce ourselves our humanity to the level of an animal.
Your life is a shinning beacon of true love for self, something sorely needed in our broken world. Thank you for sharing this, you’ll never know all the people you’ve influenced with this testimony, but I’m sure it’s helped more than enough to make it all worth it.
