I spent 8 years as naval officer and 28 years as a foreign service officer. I held TS and beyond security clearances. I never heard of the “four minute drill” until Hillary mentioned it last night.

She seemed to be making a _point_ of stating “4 minutes”, which was unnecessary to the discussion. Something in her tone seemed to unnecessarily emphasize it.

When she said this, it was creepy, she showed excitement and a sense of power, which I sensed the second she said it. Actually, everything she said regarding this was unnecessary. She could have just made her point without specifics but she wanted to exhibit how much she knew.
Just Trump, based on him saying the election is rigged. But why not ask Hillary, based on her election-rigging thus far?

That's the crux of it. There is a lot of "classified" information available in the open. Some of it is no-doubt even correct. For example, look up the top speed of a given fighter aircraft or the maximum diving depth of a submarine. You'll probably find a range of numbers from different sources. Probably, one of them is right. But which one?
A leak occurs when someone who credibly could/should know confirms that information. If I tell you Road Runner's top speed is 72 mph and Wile E. Coyote will never catch him - you may or may not believe me. You find out I'm Road Runner's best friend, known him for years, vacationed together in Tijuana one time... Now I become credible, I just might be in a position to know his actual top speed...
Same thing. SoS just might actually know decision making and response timelines. SoS might be expected to be part of the decision making process: "A sub just launched on us from the eastern Caribbean, if we counter-strike to take it out, the fallout is going to impact St. Kitts, Antigua... What's the political fallout from this?" ... "Mrs. Secretary, you understand that if/when you get asked this, you'll have xx minutes to respond, the President will make a decision and issue orders. If it is a go, you'll have yy minutes to get your Embassy personnel in the area to safety..." So yeah, someone might have actually told that damn fool the real numbers.

Someone should spoof that stupid nuke-bunker Hillary ad that complains Trump can’t be trusted with the codes. It could include an e-mail from HRC tacked to the wall containing the “codes.”
Clearly, her inner sanctum knows that she is not capable of performing the duties of President. She was reading last night from answers. It was obvious in some moments, and I taped one 15 second moment of her flubbing and reading the wrong part of her sentence first, then correcting herself.
So there must be another handler who will actually be responsible for all presidential duties except for Hillary’s few formal speeches. Who will be the real President? The unelected one? And does she belong to the Muslim Brotherhood??
