If in fact a video does surface and the person who releases it is ever found, they'll be prosecuted for possession and distribution of child pornography.
Anyone viewing it will likely be (subject) to be charged with viewing child pornography.
Bill Clinton on the other hand will be found completely innocent because he didn't intend to have sex with a 13 year old girl.
If true, anyone who downloads it will be guilty of possessing child porn.
If it exists, they would have to post it somewhere other than YouTube. In fact, somewhere outside US jurisdiction.
Why is anyone still peddling this BS? Regardless of what anyone may think he did or didn’t do, this is just rumormongering with nothing to back it up.
I read last week that it was coming out then. I'm sure everyone connected to the clinton crime syndicate knows that there is a very real possibility that such a tape exists.
So if he had sex, forced or otherwise, with a 13 year old it doesn’t matter because he isn’t running? Hillary would not have to be concerned about it?

I’m skeptical too. His known victims have some things in common. They are white, they were adults, and there was something about them that put them ahead of the pack. Looks, smart, proactive and vital types. Not submissives at all. His stunt with biting the lips of his rape victims is a control and sadism thing, as is the humiliation afterwords.
His targets therefore are higher tier females, who he apparently is obsessed with, and seems to need to dominate or destroy. His long time squeeze, Jennifer Flowers, in her prime looks a bit like Hillary in her prime when she deigned to clean up from the frumpy, nasty skank mode.
IMO, his sexual aggression and victimization has to do with some kink of Hillary’s in shutting him off. That could be wrong, but pedos have their own issues that we don’t quite see in Bent Billy.
I’d be more convinced that Biden was bopping Lolitas. On the other hand a mummified corpse aroused Bent Billy back in the day, so... who knows. I doubt we will see the video however.
Many people, myself included, have been saying this for over a year now. The MSM was giving him all the attention after he announced, they were even going live to his speeches when he started out. We know they are slanting polls now and were no doubt slanting them early for Trump. They helped create the snowball that kept growing and was eventually irreversible.
The tape of Trump talking dirty was the final proof for me. The Clinton camp has been holding that tape for a long time and if they really thought Trump was a threat to beat her, they would have released it early in the primaries and Trump would have be done.

So help me out on this..... how can this go viral? If this involves a 13 year old girl, this is child porn... so it's illegal for this to be owned in the public domain period. Similarly this is illegal to be in the hands of a private citizen. As soon as this is put in the hands of any party (by whatever means, don't they have to immediately have to turn it over to law enforcement?

You are soliciting a crime. You probably already know that.
It would be a felony to release the video to the general public. Any video showing an adult having sex with a child would be child pornography.
So don’t expect to see a video even if it exists.
