I hear that! I own a 2013 Hemi Challenger. Only took me 30 years to own a real Mopar again but the wait was worth it.
Yeah, they rent that house out. At some point it will become mine and I may just sell but the retirement income is tempting.

And yeah, sometimes, when no one’s around, I stomp that sucker to the floor.
It has after-market performance exhaust.
I call it the Dragon Wagon, because of the roar.
