Why? The event was a DNC masquerade ball. The audience was members of her PR team aka Main stream media. Who gives a damn about what they think or her feelings? I want a president who is a fighter, not a fake who gladhands with liberals after the cameras turn off.

What he said was brilliant. He laid out a brutal indictment, hitting the main points of her corruption and unfitness. It wasn’t aimed at the people in the room, or his voters, or her die-hard voters. It was aimed right at the mushy middle who decide elections.
He knew the media would hyperventilate about it today. Plenty of low info voters, hearing the media, will go watch his speech,or at least clips of it. He absolutely eviscerated the b!tch, using humor. That will get through to low info voters.
