I agree. I’m Microsoft all the way - browser, Office, Microsoft Surface and Windows/Nokia phone. My nephew has an Apple phone, I wasn’t thrilled that he got it, but that’s what his friends have, so what can you do.

DDoS is usually facilitated by viruses on many many computers. The offending nonsense requests can be going on from your computer, and if you weren’t looking for it, you wouldn’t be aware of it.

It's a pain, but it is possible to tell your computer to use different DN Server, rather than the ones automatically assigned when you connect to your ISP.

Only the part of it that prevents multiple owners of any given domain name. E.g., only Drudge gets drudge.com, only Google gets google,com, etc. The DNS assignment of addresses is a separate function, and DN lookup is totally unaffected by whatever power was transferred.

DDoS attacks curtail the DN lookup function.

FoxNews carried the entire rally. I'm back to TCM or some other entertainment.
