Clinton’s October 13 Sworn Statement: She ‘Does not Recall’ Communicating with Pagliano about Emails
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released new State Department (documents), which were uncovered by the FBI in its investigation of Clinton and her use of the clintonemail.com system. The emails reveal direct communications between former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, about clintonemail.com management problems. Last week, Clinton claimed ( under oath) to Judicial Watch that she “does not recall having communications” with Pagliano relating to the email system. Clinton’s emails to Pagliano, who installed and maintained the clintonemail.com computer system in the Clinton’s New York home, relate to email management problems with Clinton’s ( BlackBerry). The FBI recovered these new emails from those not turned over by Hillary Clinton. These new emails are government documents and not personal emails as Hillary Clinton claims in defending her decision to not turn over 30,000 emails sent or received by her as Secretary of State.

These statutes were passed a long time ago by people who understood the constitutionality of what they passed, a long time ago. There would have been an incredible uproar about it being unconstitutional, given in 1940 FDR was president.
No one since it was passed has ever pointed ot this section of the us code and said we have a constitutional problem here.

Proof that Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, directly communicated dozens of times via email with her clintonemail.com IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, has finally surfaced in State Department records the FBI found in its investigation of her private, unsecured system.
Last week, Clinton claimed, under oath, that she “does not recall having communications” of any sort with Pagliano relating to her email system. Her answers were submitted by her attorneys, and signed by her under penalty of perjury, in response to questons posed by Judicial Watch in its lawsuit.
The documents were finally produced, after more than a year’s delay, in response to Judicial Watch’s initial Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed with the State Department on 09/03/15, and a subsequent federal court order handed down 04/08/16.
The FBI-recovered emails were not among the “work-related” batch Clinton turned over under subpoena. Nevertheless, they ARE government documents and not personal emails, as Clinton has claimed in defense of her decision to not turn over 30,000 emails she sent or received as Secretary of State.
Hussein Obama is doing exactly what he was elected to do.
Causing havoc as he disregards the law and the Constitution.
Causing havoc as Hussein encourages and supports anti-American groups such as BLM and harasses the police as racists.
Hussein hides the fact Muslim terrorists kill Americans in terrorist attacks as he refuses to let them be called Islamic terrorism.
Hussein is letting in thousands of Muslims and ignoring the fact some of these "refugees" will kill infidels.
Hussein is supporting rebels in Syria just like he supported "rebels" in Libya. WHO are the rebels? Muslim terrorists.
Etc.
Hussein Obama is doing what he was put in office to do. But his selectors were not American voters. In other words, Hussein Obama, America's FIRST Muslim President, is working for them, not us.
