I’m not hung up over which foreign country did it.
What I don’t get is — if a US government official follows protocol and carrie sout their communications on appropriate servers and handles everything with care, then the risk of hacking — although never reduced to zero — becomes much less.
But if you communicate through a private server maintained in your bathroom, by IT people with no special clearances, then your risk of being hacked — while never reaching 100% — becomes much greater.
Russia did it?
Iran did it?

All anyone had to do was to click on the DONATE NOW button and depending on the amount of the donation, information would automatically be emailed to them.
Hillary made it easy for someone to do.
And if you aren’t doing anything wrong, it shouldn’t matter that much if you are hacked.
They promised to be the most transparent administration. Wikileaks is just helping them honor their promise.

.
If Hillary did it intentionally, she should be charged with high treason. I believe that Comey knows the answer.
There are a number of US administration officials with close personal ties to Iran. In light of the deals giving Iran $billions and permitting nukes, I expect Hillary created her server so Iran could access secrets. Also in light of Iran treating the US with open contempt, if not be surprised if they’re using her cooperation against her by releasing those emails.
