The sun is definitely down then so she doesn’t have to worry about issues that vampires have when exposed to sunlight. Also, according to Wikileaks email (I believe it was Huma), Hilly’s ‘body clock’ does better later in the day.
The better for the campaign (and the press, but I repeat myself) to claim unbelievable turnout for her speech. I predict 100,000+.
