Levin says EVERYTHING about Trump and what he proposes he finds repugnant, but Levin is willing to vote for the terrible piece of flesh that Trump is, due to Levin's belief he can manipulate Trump, while he couldn't do so with Hillary.
Apparently, Levin wants open borders, Hillary to be free, more 0-care, more free trade (well, Ted, his butt buddy, fervently supported TPA for months and initially voted for it), more foreign workers (again, his patron saint, Ted, pushed for a 500% increase in such workers), etc.

I think with Levin, it’s a case of little head superseding big head. His girlfriend’s son was high in the Cruz campaign so he developed an almost lethal case of Trump Derangement Syndrome then. Now he can’t shake it, even if big head might be giving him signals to do the right thing. (I could be wrong.)

Mark Levin’s Liberty Amendments are great too, all except for his ham-fisted budget amendment. We’ll need someone like Trump to repair budget damage.
