They have the winds coming out of the north but more than likely it would be westerly or southwesterly winds pushing it much further north of us.
I can’t tell from the map if Syracuse would be getting it or Rome, as is the old SAC base, which still has active runaways that could be used in an emergency.
They shut it down as an active SAC base when Clinton gutted the military.
