RNC CHAIRMAN PRIEBUS: HILLARY IS GOING TO LOSE, ‘SHE’S TOO RISKY FOR THIS COUNTRY’
BREITBART ^ | 23 OCTOBER 2016 | PAM KEY

Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus said Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will lose the election because, “She’s too risky for this country.”

When asked if Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump will win, Priebus said, “Yeah, he is going to win, and he’s going to win because I think people in this country have had enough and he’s the change agent. When it comes down to risk in this country, Hillary’s been tested and she’s failed. She’s the risky candidate. You look at Russia, the uranium deal giving them control of 20% of the world’s uranium. Her pocketing hundreds of thousands in speeches, Russian reset, Libya, you look at Iraq and the mess she left there. What I’m saying is she was tried and tested. She failed. She’s too risky for this country. That’s why she’s going to lose.”

I am thinking that the media is scared to death that if Clinton wins, at least half of the voting public are going to believe the election was stolen by these corrupt bastards, traitors all, and that there isn’t going to be a “peaceful transition of power”...Well, in that case, they should be afraid, they should be terrified.

Yes, because those damn Republicans have 300 million guns.

Despite adverse public polling, political science research considers the enthusiasm gap between Trump and Clinton supporters as a highly reliable indicator of a Trump victory. In addition, private, trusted RNC and Trump polls may show Trump closing the gap.

Wonder from where Priebus gets his optimism. All the Trump surrogates seem to exude an optimism that is palpable. Wonder what they know we do not know yet?

For one, they know that staying upbeat is more infectious than constantly fretting about "concerns".

I'd wager that they also know what we all know - the polls are rigged and he's doing much better than most realize - I'd wager that if they leaked a lot of their internals they'd have to worry about Trump supporters getting complacent.

If IBD weighted D+2 instead of D+8 which is more in line with the electorate, Trump would be up 8 points right now!

If one side conducts internal polls showing the real numbers, wouldn’t the other side do the same? Ergo, wouldn’t the bitter opposition know the same thing you know?

The bottom line is each side wants to know the truth. The polls are used to herd the sheep. This is a different time. The real numbers should be put out. If Trump is way behind then tell us and let’s work harder. If he’s winning then tell us and let’s stay the course.

We know that if Trump were to release his true numbers the press wouldn’t cover it. So he’d have to do it on the internet and in ads. If his numbers are not encouraging then I can see him trying to get out the vote. But at this point I don’t believe anyone who supports Trump is not going to vote. So, he needs to be truthful about it, good or bad.
