Maybe it’s being blocked from downloading.
With the addition of late breaking information such as the movement of Money in and out of the Belize accounts I am sure he had to verify and source his information.
Then rendering the updated video and getting it sent to the proper people/sites take a bit of time in case the Clinton Cabal tries taking them down.

Hillary no doubt has dozens of people watching twitter and waiting for the video so she can prepare her response (i.e. select the right lies) as quick as possible. Hopefully get them to CNN and other media surrogates before the nightly news.
And many of those people need to change their depends every time a new message shows up even if it ends up meaningless. The ones who manage to avoid pooping themself still experience anxiety and go through another round of discussing what may be coming and if it’s time to abandon ship. At least that’s my hope.
