I see FOX, and CNN are giving a lot of air time.
They are doing everything they can to stop Trump.

So you go and vote for the next President, but you know this guy is only in Utah, so why the hell do these people not understand that a vote for him is a vote for Clinton?

Are they seriously that stupid, and as for Romney FU and your establishment elitist trolls.

My grandmother likes this guy. She thinks if he can put the election into the House of Representatives they'll choose McMullin to be President.

I had to explain that since the establishment GOP hates Trump and the House is run by GOPe stooge Paul Ryan, putting it into the House guarantees HRC becomes the president. Further, I explained that having the presidency decided by the House is a great way to move us towards an honest to God, no s###, civil war. Whoever loses in the house, that side will believe they were cheated. It doesn't matter that the law was followed...it will matter how people feel about it, and that is the basis on which they will proceed.

She doesn't get it. She thinks it's a grevious sin to vote for the lesser of two evils when both evils are significant, and she doesn't think she can justify a vote for Trump in front of God. For myself, *I* don't want to be the one trying to explain to God why I didn't do the best I was able to stop the most radically pro-abortion, pro-infanticide American presidential candidate in history. But that's just me.

Some people cannot be made to understand.

I'll add a little to my previous post.

As Christians we should prefer Christians for elected office where possible, but we have to face facts. America is not a majority Christian nation any longer. We are not always going to get ideal candidates. This is to be expected. However, what is not expected is taking actions to install the most virulently of anti-Christian candidates in office under the auspices of some kind moral stand. If we compare all of our leaders to Jesus we will always be disappointed, and choosing to vote for no one because our choices fall short in certain areas is crazy.

Constantine the Great wasn't a very nice guy either, but God did choose Constantine, despite many flaws, to do His work. Same for the emperor of Persia when it came time to rebuild Jerusalem.

While we should prefer candidates of good character, we must guard against becoming the pharisees. They were so "righteous" that God could use no one but themselves for His work, or so they believed. It is an easy folly to fall into and I see rumblings of it in Utah.
