Except for Levoy Finicum, who was shot dead in an ambush.

...

It’s too bad he repeatedly told the police officers they would have to shoot him rather than waiting for his day in court.

The Army lives on Posts. They grow no food there.

The federal law enforcement live among us. Their children go to school with our children. They can’t, and won’t, retreat and hide across the sea.

An armed attack against the citizens of The United States by members of our government would result in an immediate attack upon our government by foreign powers. The United States is not loved.

The Democrats have to convince “hard men” to do their killing for them.

Hillary ordered men to roast American children at Waco.

The Democrat Governor of Oregon and Obama ordered men to kill Finicum.

All that has to happen is for men to quit carrying out these government murders.

Hillary and Obama don’t have the guts to pull a trigger.

“It’s too bad he repeatedly told the police officers they would have to shoot him rather than waiting for his day in court.”

What is “too bad” is that there are Americans living among us that believe a statement like that deserves several bullets to the back.

What the hell?

Good historical information. What I personally heard was how the communists in the anti-Vietnam movement was going to destroy the jury and court system with the Oakland 7 case being the test case for the Chicago 7 trial.

Got this directly from William Kunstler.

I have no doubt that their jury nullification was just a modern update of the instances you cite, but for internal security researchers, it marked the emergence of a smarter leftist attack on the judicial system.

Soon after that, they started to attack the grand jury system, creating a National Lawyers Guild (CP front) group known as the “Campaign to Abolish Grand Jury Abuse”, again led by Kunstler and his group with a few left-liberals thrown in for cover.

Also, the Committee for Public Justice, (anti-FBI) was founded about the same time by id. CPUSA member Lillian Hellman and a bunch of fellow travelers.

I understand the federal marshals also beat up one of the defendants (David Fry) who was found not guilty.

A Venezuelan courtroom??????

Video of Marcus Mumford, Ammon’s attorney who was tackled by Federal Marshall’s and tazed in the courtroom! He asked for the documents that showed that Ammon should still be held even though he was INNOCENT!

Perhaps it’s the judge’s treatment of the defendants during the case that made the jurors say, WTF, what if this was me?

This judge is limiting their right to self defense, freedom of speech, and their vigorous defense of their own liberty and communication of relevant information.

Thus, the emphatic acquittal!

It obvious that you’ve never shot anyone. Have you noticed that cops don’t rush to perform CPR on the people they shoot? When you believe someone is attempting to kill you, your first response isn’t to rush in to help them after you just defended your life.

I believe Levoy Finicum was murdered by the state cops but since I wasn’t there, I can’t say for certain.

I used to hold those same sort of idealistic notions of what patriotism was.

Do you remember the IRA, and how long that gorilla war went on? The IRA was not ISIS material and neither are you or the American people.

I am sure this thread will get us honorable mention somewhere but recruitment material it is not.

In any case convince me you are not an FBI employee.

Some idiot thinks gorilla warfare would work here, it won't, without a supporting Army, care to form it up?

What is your point, that an armed populace worthless?

You want me to convince you I’m not with the FBI.

Hmmmm........

OK.

I know it’s “guerilla” and not “gorilla”.

Yep so do I but Auto Correct doesn't. People used to develop writing skills by reading good examples of writing, not any more sigh...When Charles Kuralt died so did a great Grammarian.

We now write in sound bites trying to rush in and make the first point and that tends to produce a lot of mistakes, people on tiny phones and tablets are a problem too.

I use a 70 inch TV monitor as a computer monitor but poor vision cancels that out and declining mental skills contribute to silly mistakes.

Look we likely are more in agreement that you think. I took the oath for the Oklahoma National Guard in 1955 lying about my age (I was obligated for 8 years under that enlistment and received my discharge while in the Navy 8 years later) and was proud to do it especially since it paid $2.00 a week, that supplemented my 15 cent an hour car hop job.

I was willing to do what ever I was called upon to do and went RA in 57, basic in Fort Chaffee Arkansas, in July, what a treat that was and that was before fans or AC.

As you might figure out I may be just a little old to get to enticed by your proposed solution and all Freepers know they are on a list. My home is armed to protect me from my neighbors and could never hold up to a swat assault and I am wiling to bet your's couldn't either.

All this is wasted on the Vietnam era people that populate this forum, you waited too long, we can't help anymore unless casualties are helpful, and most of us ae willing to do that but not stupidly. Our best bet is the ballot box and I hold little confidence that that is a solution anymore. A civil war would not just include Americans and neither did the first one.

What is your point, that an armed populace worthless?

Not if they are organized into a real Army, remember the Minute Men?

So what you’re saying is, unless they are organized into a real Army, an armed populace is worthless.
