Those FBI agents are the ones who should be on trial.

JUSTICE rendered by citizen jurors from the “country class” defying the oppression of the Obama Regime!

Gosh, I can’t understand why folks don’t respect the FBI any longer.

They harassed people, killed at least one guy, and no convictions.

Heads should roll, but instead folks will get promotions and bonuses.

Be a Democrat and commit espionage against our country and the FBI will give you a pass, but sit too long on a government toilet in nowhere Oregon and the government will kill you.

Since the jury decided there was no crime, the governor should pardon the man who pled guilty under the presumption that the feds scared him into it and a criminal proceeding should be started against the person who shot Finicum.

Both agents lied, said they didn't shoot, and removed spent shells from the scene, a violation of FBI policy for shooting scenes.

Wait, I've been assured that rank-and-file agents are all good guys and the only problem with the fbi is Comey.

For those who are interested here is an article about Mrs. Finicum and her decision.

LaVoy Finicum’s widow to file wrongful death suit against feds, state police

The wife of deceased rancher Robert “LaVoy” Finicum plans to file a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Oregon State Police over civil rights violations stemming from her husband’s death following the Malheur Wildlife Refuge occupation.

California-based attorney Brian Claypool, who is currently co-counsel for Ryan Bundy, who was riding in Finicum’s truck during the deadly encounter and shot in the arm, confirmed in a statement he would also be representing Finicum’s widow, Jeanette, and 12 children.

Claypool told The Oregonian he lawsuit has not yet been formally filed, but there is “100 percent certainty” that it will be. Claypool said additional details about the lawsuit will be released during a press conference in September.

It appears she has a good attorney.

Thank God. Now they will probably be sent to await trial in Crooked Harry Reid’s Nevada, as Pete Santilli has been. I have also been hearing, via Bundy’s Facebook page, that the majority of the weapons that were supposedly “paraded” around at the refuge, had been brought inside by some 15 FBI informants. That information was not allowed to be presented at this trial.

Yep, no intent per Dirty Cop Comey.

The shooting was an FBI crime, but the truly disgusting part is that for about 8 or 9 minutes they just stood around and let him lay there. Not the slightest attempt to check his condition or administer first aid.

This is police state crap and un-American.

I can’t even read the comments at that site anymore. They make me sick. As someone said here yesterday, those people are not my countrymen.

"Except for Levoy Finicum, who was shot dead in an ambush."

I hope he haunts the person who murdered him for the rest of their life, and that they are tortured every day by what they did.
